Meet Mountains to Valleys Doula
Hi my name is Sierra, i am a mom of two, a certified birth doula, and a student midwife! I have always had a passion for birthwork and supporting women through this amazing and powerful moment. I have taken two professional trainings and have learned even more from my midwifery studies and even my own births.
How my doula support works!
Prenatal Care
During our 1-2 prenatal visits i will help you solidify your birth choices and make sure me and any other support people are on the same page about what you want and how best to support you!
Home Births and birth center births
Midwives manage the safety and health of you and your baby, I'm there to support your heart, your body, and your space. together we make a strong seamless team!
Hospital Births
Even in a hospital setting your birth can be beautiful and empowering. I stay by your side the whole-time offering comfort and guidance and advocating for your choices.
Postpartum Support
My postpartum support is a one-time visit to check on how your recovery is going and assist with any feeding issues. It's also a great time to debrief on your birth and how it made you feel.

This package is my full birth doula services package
Birth package
$1200
1-2 prenatal appointments to go over your birth plan and the comfort measures I can provide to you.
I am on call for birth from the time contract is signed.
You can contact me whenever you have questions or updates
1 postpartum appointment to check on you and how your recovery is going physically and emotionally.
If needed i am always willing to negotiate my price and offer payment plans.
At the signing of the contract a deposit of $200 is due to hold your spot. This goes towards the full fee.
