As a birth doula my job is to help share my knowledge with families and support them through the journey of pregnancy and birth. I want to help them feel confident in not only their bodies ability to birth but also the choices they make during labor. I provide emotional and physical support throughout the whole experience of birth.

Meet Mountains to Valleys Doula
My name is Sierra and I am a mom to two rainbow babies. My first birth went off the rails and I felt like I was pushed into things rather than asked what I wanted. I did a lot of birth research and became a doula so I could help make sure other women didn’t have to feel that way.
